Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer based in the United States. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on the design of next-generation digital subsystems for advanced RAIN RFID reader integrated circuits. You will lead digital design activities across the full semiconductor development lifecycle, from architecture and RTL through tapeout, silicon bring-up, and validation. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across digital, analog, RF, verification, physical design, and CAD/EDA disciplines. You will contribute to complex mixed-signal architectures, including digital control loops, calibration engines, and interface logic. You will also help strengthen ASIC/SoC methodologies and design flows to improve future development efficiency.
