Senior Solutions Engineer / IT

THE OPPORTUNITY Join Hinge Health’s IT & Security team as a Senior Solutions Engineer and help build the reliable, secure, and scalable technology foundation that enables our people to do their best work. This role sits at the intersection of IT administration, infrastructure engineering, automation, and advanced technical support. You’ll own and improve the systems behind our corporate technology environment—from endpoint management, networking, and identity to cloud platforms and internal AI-enabled workflows. You’ll be equally comfortable troubleshooting a difficult network issue, automating device enrollment, designing secure access patterns for enterprise data, and helping the team make thoughtful technology decisions as Hinge Health grows. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for an owner-operator who enjoys solving root causes, reducing operational friction, and turning emerging technology into stable, supportable services that improve the employee experience.
