Senior Solutions Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This customer-facing role connects the solution sold with the work delivered, from initial discovery through implementation and go-live. As part of the Commercial organization, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design practical solutions for supply chain and cold chain customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, data, and constraints. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections using customer-relevant scenarios. - Own solution designs, including applicable modules, data needs, integrations, scope, and delivery phases. - Turn designs into sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, identifying effort, dependencies, and risks. - Support proposals and commercial documents by ensuring commitments are technically deliverable. - Lead solution workshops, guide software configuration, and remain accountable through customer go-live. - Coordinate handoffs and deliverables across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams. - Create reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks,...
