Senior Solutions Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is the single technical thread from first discovery call through to a customer live in production — bridging pre-sales solutioning and post-signature delivery within a cold chain and logistics intelligence platform. You sit inside the Commercial Organization, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and you own what you scope. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to surface current-state workflows, data sources, and constraints. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations mapped to the customer's real lanes, products, and release processes — not a generic script — and handle technical objections on the spot. - Own the initial solution design and solution map, defining which modules apply, what data is required, which integrations are in play, and what is phased versus out of scope. - Translate solution designs into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans, sizing effort honestly and surfacing long-lead dependencies before they become commitments. - Partner with Sales on proposals and order forms, ensuring everything committed commercially ...
