Senior Solutions Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a single technical thread from first discovery call through to a customer operating in production. Sitting within the Commercial Organization and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, you own the solution design before the contract and carry it through delivery after signature. The continuity is the point: what gets scoped is what gets built. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run technical and process discovery with customer stakeholders across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT to uncover current-state workflows, data sources, and constraints. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations mapped to each customer's own lanes, products, and release process rather than a generic script, and handle technical objections on the spot. - Own the initial solution design and solution map, defining which modules apply, what data is required, which integrations are in scope, and what is phased or excluded. - Translate solution designs into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans, sizing effort honestly and surfacing long-lead items before they become commitments. - Partner with Sales on proposals and order forms to ensure every c...
