Senior Software Engineer II, Developer Experience

Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II, Developer Experience based in United States. This is a high-impact engineering role focused on improving how software engineers build, ship, and operate products at scale. You will design and maintain internal platforms, developer tooling, and infrastructure that make engineering workflows faster, more reliable, and less cumbersome. The role combines hands-on technical execution with significant ownership of complex initiatives from architecture through rollout and iteration. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify productivity challenges, use data and feedback to guide improvements, and deliver solutions that reduce operational friction. You will also contribute to technical direction, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices across the organization.
