Senior Software Engineer, Guest Acquisition

Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Guest Acquisition based in the United States. This is a senior engineering role focused on building AI-powered systems that drive customer acquisition for independent restaurants and other local businesses. You’ll own the technical strategy behind large-scale SEO, AEO, and GEO capabilities that turn local demand into measurable business growth. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, experimentation, and operational excellence. You’ll translate ambiguous growth opportunities into scalable systems, clear metrics, and high-impact initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Design in a remote-first environment where engineers have significant ownership and influence. You’ll also mentor teammates and help establish engineering practices that support rapid, sustainable growth.
