As a Senior Software Engineer - Growth Team Lead, you will own the design, delivery, and operation of critical systems within a platform-wide growth engine.You will work across attribution, retention, dynamic bonuses, and affiliate tooling to build scalable solutions that support growth at international scale.The role goes beyond individual feature development, giving you ownership of complex projects where architecture and execution require strong technical judgment.You will shape engineering standards, improve reliability, and create systems designed to evolve with future business needs.As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, influence product and design decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity effectively.You will also translate technical risks into clear business implications and ensure stakeholders understand trade-offs early.This is an opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a high-volume, rapidly evolving technology environment.
