Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics)

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a senior technical contributor supporting a mission-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.You will design, develop, integrate, and enhance solutions that connect CRM capabilities with VA.gov and other enterprise systems.The position combines hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and modern DevSecOps practices.You will work across C#/.NET, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.You will also help strengthen automated testing, CI/CD practices, system reliability, and compliance within a federal technology environment.This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges without taking on formal people-management responsibilities.
