Senior Software Engineer, ChartCheck

This is a fully remote senior engineering role focused on software that supports radiation oncology workflows and patient care.You will own development across both the front end and back end of a clinical software application used by cancer care teams.The role combines strong C# application development with modern web and cloud technologies, with a particular emphasis on front-end engineering.You will build reliable tools for radiotherapy plan checking, visualization, clinical integrations, and automated quality workflows.Working closely with physicists and product leaders, you will translate complex clinical requirements into production-ready software.Your technical leadership will contribute to architecture, testing, code quality, and engineering decisions across the product.The position offers an opportunity to apply advanced software skills to technology designed to improve the quality and efficiency of cancer treatment.
