You’ll set technical direction, design reliable distributed systems, and build customer-facing applications that operate at significant scale. The role combines deep backend engineering with strong product ownership, requiring you to connect technical decisions to real user and business outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, machine learning, data science, and customer-facing teams to solve complex problems. AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices are an important part of the development environment, with human oversight and a strong focus on code quality. As a technical multiplier, you’ll mentor engineers, influence architecture, and help introduce modern tools and engineering practices across the team.
