Senior Software Engineer, Agents

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Agents based in Switzerland. This is an opportunity for a senior engineer to build advanced AI agents that perform meaningful work for thousands of developers and directly influence how modern software products are monetized. You will work on agentic systems that go beyond simple LLM wrappers, contributing to orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls. The role combines deep backend engineering with product thinking, giving you significant ownership over what gets built and how it reaches users. You’ll operate in an early-stage product environment within a growing organization, where architecture is evolving and engineers are expected to shape technical direction.
