We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale new financial products from ambiguous opportunity to production-grade systems. This role is for a product-minded backend engineer with strong technical judgment, deep customer curiosity, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to build more than features. You'll help shape new product areas, bring complex financial workflows to life, work directly with cross-functional partners, and grow into broader technical leadership as Rho scales.
