Senior Software Development Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer based in Canada. This is a fully remote, hands-on engineering role focused on building high-impact search and discovery experiences used by millions of customers.You’ll join a small, fast-moving team responsible for helping users find relevant domain names and products.The role combines modern frontend development with backend capabilities, experimentation, observability, and production ownership.You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from defining the problem and designing the solution through launch, measurement, and ongoing optimization.You’ll also help improve engineering velocity through automation, reusable patterns, and AI-assisted development practices.Beyond individual delivery, you’ll influence technical direction, mentor peers, and raise the quality bar across the team.The position offers the autonomy of a remote environment with opportunities to occasionally connect with colleagues in person.
