Senior Software Developer, Engineering Automation

Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Developer, Engineering Automation based in United States. As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the development of firm-wide engineering automation solutions with a strong focus on Revit automation and related applications.You will remain deeply hands-on while shaping the technical direction and roadmap for automation initiatives across engineering teams.The role combines software architecture, product development, engineering workflow optimization, and technical leadership.You will translate complex AEC workflows into scalable, maintainable tools that improve efficiency, quality, and project delivery.Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will establish development standards and continuously improve automation products based on usage and feedback.You will also mentor other developers and evaluate emerging Autodesk technologies and practical AI applications that can enhance engineering workflows.
