Senior Software Developer, AI Agents

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Developer, AI Agents based in Canada. This is a fully remote opportunity to build and scale the AI agent infrastructure powering an enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work hands-on with agent orchestration, tool calling, context management, evaluations, and safety guardrails. Your work will directly influence the reliability, quality, and usefulness of AI-powered marketing experiences. You’ll also design evaluation systems that measure agent performance and catch regressions before they reach customers. The role combines deep backend engineering with AI development, cloud infrastructure, and platform integration. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams while mentoring other developers. This is an opportunity to help shape the technical direction of a rapidly evolving AI product.
