As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll build full-stack systems that help transform primary care and improve patient outcomes.You’ll work closely with clinicians, operators, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn complex healthcare challenges into practical technology.The role offers significant ownership, from understanding the underlying problem through technical design, implementation, and measuring results.You’ll contribute to AI-enabled products and help shape how AI and agent-based systems are incorporated into everyday software development.You’ll work across complex and distributed systems while balancing scalability, reliability, quality, and speed of iteration.This is a collaborative, remote-first environment where engineers are expected to engage directly with users and influence both product and technical direction.The opportunity spans multiple teams, with the recruiting process helping align your experience with the team and product area where you can have the greatest impact.
