PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who comes in with a point of view. You’ll keep our brand feeling human at scale, tell stories that actually resonate, and build real engagement with our audience — while owning the strategy behind it all. That means setting your own direction, knowing which metrics actually matter, and proactively sharing what’s working and what isn’t. You’ll sit on the Brand team and report to the Director of Brand Marketing.
In this role, you will:
- Own PandaDoc's social strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, tone of voice, and how it ladders to GTM goals
- Plan and execute organic social content across channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and others, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn for B2B reach
- Produce your own visual and video content — shooting and editing short-form video, creating graphics and social assets, and pulling in the Brand Studio team for high-priority work
