Senior SMB Digital Success Lead, Commercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SMB Digital Success Lead, Commercial based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to build and own the customer success model for a growing commercial SMB segment. You will take end-to-end responsibility for onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and proactive customer engagement across the portfolio. A major focus will be designing scalable, AI-powered success programs that identify customer risks early and deliver support at the right time. You will work closely with AI, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Support, and Partner teams to create consistent experiences across the customer lifecycle. The position combines strategic program ownership with hands-on execution and continuous process improvement. You will also help establish new standards for how AI-enabled customer success can operate at scale in a fast-moving technology environment.
