Senior Site Reliability Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE / DevOps) to take ownership of production infrastructure across two SaaS platforms: Userflow and Beamer. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of both platforms, which operate on separate technology stacks across US and EU regions. Together, they serve more than 52 million end users, making infrastructure performance and uptime critical to the customer experience. This is a hands-on, senior-level individual contributor role with significant autonomy and direct collaboration with the CTO and engineering team. You will establish reliability standards, strengthen infrastructure automation, lead incident response, and ensure the platforms can scale as a small engineering team continues to ship rapidly using AI-powered development tools.
