Senior Security Engineer, Platforms & AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Security Engineer, Platforms & AI based in Canada. This is a hands-on security engineering role focused on protecting cloud infrastructure, applications, APIs, internal systems, and AI-driven workflows.You will own key elements of the technical security posture, from infrastructure hardening and vulnerability remediation to monitoring and incident response.The role combines offensive security, DevSecOps, cloud security, and emerging AI security challenges in a rapidly scaling environment.You will work closely with Engineering to embed practical security controls directly into production and development workflows.A major focus will be securing AI systems against prompt injection, adversarial inputs, unsafe actions, and data leakage.You will have significant autonomy to identify weaknesses, design solutions, and drive improvements across the security architecture.This is an opportunity to provide technical leadership and help build resilient, secure systems within a high-ownership engineering culture.
