Senior SDET - Test Automation & Performance Engineering

Our partner is looking for a Senior SDET - Test Automation & Performance Engineering based in Mexico. This is a hands-on senior engineering opportunity focused on building the automated testing and performance systems that keep modern software reliable as scale, traffic, integrations, and release velocity increase.You will design robust automation across APIs, distributed services, integrations, end-to-end workflows, and user interfaces where appropriate.The role combines software engineering, performance engineering, CI/CD automation, observability, and quality architecture within an AWS-based environment.You will create realistic performance scenarios and measurable release gates that give engineering teams clear evidence of production readiness.Working closely with reliability and security specialists, you will help identify scalability risks, diagnose failures, and strengthen resilience across complex systems.Your work will reduce regression risk, flaky tests, manual validation, and escaped defects while establishing shared ownership of quality across engineering teams.This ...
