Senior Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Scrum Master based in Brazil. This is a senior Agile delivery role supporting development squads as they adopt and operate within the SAFe framework. You’ll facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and help teams maintain effective and predictable workflows. The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with business priorities. You’ll work across both business and technical audiences, helping create transparency and strong communication throughout delivery. The position also emphasizes continuous improvement, Agile coaching, and the practical adoption of AI tools in everyday workflows. It is well suited to an experienced Scrum Master who can operate independently in complex, international, high-performance environments.
