Senior Scientist, Risk Management & Safety Surveillance

Our partner is looking for a Senior Scientist, Risk Management & Safety Surveillance based in Canada. This role focuses on leading critical pharmacovigilance activities that support the ongoing assessment of medicine safety and benefit-risk profiles.You’ll own and coordinate scheduled and ad hoc aggregate safety reports while providing scientific input across assigned products.The position combines safety surveillance, data analysis, medical writing, risk management, and cross-functional project coordination.You’ll collaborate with medical safety professionals, therapeutic area leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to develop effective safety strategies.Your work will contribute to signal evaluation, regulatory responses, safety reporting, labeling updates, and risk management plans.The role requires strong scientific judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and escalate emerging safety concerns.It offers an opportunity to work across multiple therapeutic areas while contributing to high-quality global pharmacovigilance activities.
