This role offers the opportunity to shape how thousands of customers learn, adopt, and maximize value from a leading connected-operations technology platform.You’ll focus on commercial and mid-market customers, delivering scalable education through digital programs, live webinars, and cohort-based training.You’ll transform complex product concepts into clear, practical learning experiences that accelerate customer adoption and success.The position combines facilitation, instructional design, content development, customer engagement, and data-driven program optimization.You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams to identify knowledge gaps and create impactful learning solutions.You’ll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where experimentation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement are encouraged.This is a remote US opportunity, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C.
