This is a senior technical role focused on modernizing, scaling, and enhancing an enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud environment. You’ll design and deliver robust custom solutions that support critical business processes and improve platform performance. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with complex integrations, automation, and interface architecture. You’ll work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, APIs, and third-party enterprise platforms. Working within an Agile environment, you’ll take ownership of technical delivery while collaborating with distributed engineering teams.
