The role / impact As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the Canadian go-to-market function. You will play a vital role in enabling the team to perform at their best by synthesising data, insights, and operational rigour across the sales engine. This involves proactive forecasting of metrics, quota deployment aligned with business objectives, and maintaining internal systems at peak efficiency to drive meaningful growth for our small business community. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating complex commercial questions into clear, evidenced recommendations rather than just raw numbers. By owning data accuracy in Salesforce and designing sophisticated SQL models, you will ensure the business has a single, reliable version of the truth to inform critical decision-making and territory strategy.
