LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY
This role can operate remotely within the US (we are prioritizing candidates based on the US West Coast) OR be based out of one of our major US office locations - Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA.
THE OPPORTUNITY
TELUS Digital is at the forefront of enabling the next generation of AGI/GenAI clients focused on acquiring high-quality, curated data for foundational models. Due to the intense evolution in this space, our team is expanding and seeking a Senior Sales Director, AGI/GenAI Builders, to lead the Account Executive team and grow our core client accounts while expanding our market reach to new frontiers. We are seeking an individual who can build, inspire, and scale a highly effective sales team while personally driving and closing some of the most complex and high-value deals in the market.
As our Commercial Leader in the AGI/GenAI Builder space, you will set the strategic direction for your team, cultivate executive-level relationships with AGI/GenAI Builders and clients, and act as a key growth driver for TELUS Digital's various AI data training offerings. You'll operate as a pod leader, aligning client market planning, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution across sales, marketing, and solutions teams while modeling the consultative, high-performance sales culture you expect from your team.
