Senior Sales Consultant – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote, full-time sales opportunity focused on accelerating growth within the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) market.You will build and manage a strong pipeline by partnering with brokers, producers, employers, and prospects across employee benefits and property & casualty markets.The role combines high-volume outbound sales, consultative relationship building, market education, and strategic opportunity development.You will work closely with underwriting and sales support teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals and move opportunities efficiently from quote to close.Success requires a strong understanding of insurance distribution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into compelling solutions.You will also help broker partners understand PFML legislation, product positioning, and market dynamics while identifying opportunities for growth.This role is well suited to a motivated, target-driven sales pro...
