Senior RPO Sales Consultant

As a Senior RPO Sales Consultant, you will drive business growth by developing and closing strategic recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) opportunities across the U.S. market. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying prospective clients and leading discovery conversations to negotiating complex agreements and securing new business. Working closely with delivery, operations, and client leadership teams, you will design scalable workforce solutions that address clients' evolving recruitment needs.
