THE OPPORTUNITY The Global Revenue Programs & Events team at Kong is the engine behind our high-performance culture and sales momentum. Sitting within the Office of the CRO, this team is responsible for developing and executing world-class programs that align with field initiatives, support talent retention, and help drive revenue growth. As Kong continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Programs Manager. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Programs, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of strategic programs that span executive engagement, investor liaison, and operational excellence across the CRO organization. You will also play a key supporting role in our flagship revenue events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and 'Silverback Circle' incentive trip.
