Senior Revenue Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager based in United Kingdom. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building and scaling a Revenue Operations function from the ground up. You will design the systems, processes, data foundations, and operating models needed to support predictable revenue growth. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, you will turn complex data into clear insights and practical decisions. Your scope will span systems and data, forecasting, territory and capacity planning, enablement infrastructure, customer health, and GTM performance. You will have significant ownership over both immediate operational improvements and longer-term architecture. The role is highly analytical, hands-on, and strategic, with direct influence on how revenue teams operate and scale.
