This is a people-first opportunity for an experienced recruiting and HR professional to own global full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical functions. You will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop effective talent strategies and attract exceptional candidates. The role also contributes to onboarding, offboarding, People Operations, employee engagement, and light IT coordination. You’ll have significant autonomy to improve processes, introduce innovative approaches, and enhance the employee experience.
