Senior Project Manager, M&A & Large Projects

Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager, M&A & Large Projects based in the United States. This role leads high-visibility mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, integrations, and other complex business initiatives.You’ll independently drive projects from early planning through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.The position requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping initiatives moving forward.You’ll collaborate across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership, and external partners.Your work will help ensure critical projects remain aligned, risks are addressed early, and teams maintain accountability.The role offers significant ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to improve M&A processes and broader project management practices.This is a fully remote position with travel of up to 35% depending on project requirements.
