Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation

Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation based in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional business transformation initiatives that improve how an organization operates, scales, and delivers value. You will translate strategic priorities into structured plans and drive initiatives from planning through implementation and sustainment. Working across business, technology, change management, vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will bring clarity to ambiguous situations and keep critical work moving forward. The role combines hands-on project execution with governance, stakeholder leadership, and continuous improvement. Success requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently with limited direction. You will also help strengthen project delivery standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
