Senior Program Manager-Games

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager-Games based in the United States. This senior individual contributor role serves as the operational backbone of a growing Games Division and a key partner to its General Manager. You will run the division’s operating rhythm, coordinate executive meetings, and turn information from multiple departments into clear, decision-ready insights. The role spans Production, Engineering, Art, Game Direction, Design, Marketing, Publishing, QA, Product, and Player Experience. You will track decisions, actions, risks, OKRs, and key metrics while ensuring important issues reach leadership early. Success requires exceptional judgment, organizational discipline, executive communication, and the confidence to challenge priorities when necessary. This is a high-trust role in a fast-moving creative environment where your work will directly support how complex game projects are planned and delivered.
