Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience based in Canada. This role leads a strategic employee experience work stream focused on improving how people use technology, tools, and workflows in a distributed organization.You’ll explore opportunities across AI enablement, knowledge management, automation, and technology-supported ways of working.The position combines program management with organizational research, experimentation, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.You’ll design and facilitate pilots, analyze qualitative and quantitative findings, and translate evidence into practical recommendations.Working across People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and other functions, you’ll help turn new insights into scalable organizational change.Success means creating measurable improvements in employee effectiveness, confidence with technology, and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.The role offers significant autonomy for someone who is curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by the future of work.
