Senior Program Manager

This is a senior program management role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional software initiatives from planning through release.You’ll work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, platform, and operations leaders to turn ambiguous challenges into clear execution plans.The role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on operational rigor across dependencies, risks, governance, and delivery metrics.You’ll also help shape PMO standards and improve how programs are managed across the wider organization.A major focus is AI fluency, including designing reusable workflows that automate coordination, reporting, data analysis, and other high-frequency program activities.You’ll serve as a senior voice and mentor within the PMO, helping other program and technical program managers adopt stronger practices and AI-enabled workflows.The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, distributed, and designed for people who thrive on ownership, high standards, and continuous improvement.
