This role serves as a key technical and functional partner in configuring software solutions to meet complex client business needs.You will combine product expertise with consulting skills to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements from internal and external stakeholders.The position focuses on translating business objectives into effective system configurations, business rules, and validated workflows.You will configure and test solutions, analyze results, and produce operational reports that demonstrate whether expected outcomes have been achieved.The role requires a strong understanding of auto casualty claims, medical bill review processes, and the workflows used by claims professionals.You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and delivering clear, timely communication.This is a full-time remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
