Senior Product Marketing Manager, Workflows

PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Workflows to own the go-to-market strategy for one of the core product pillars in our 2027 strategy. Workflows guide customers from a blank page to a finished agreement. They also form the foundation for agents that prepare, route, and complete agreements on a customer's behalf.

A sales rep who rebuilds the same proposal for the fifth time this month is a rep who is not selling. Workflows give that rep a better starting point. We need a PMM who can prove that value to buyers who have never thought of a document as a process.

In This Role, You Will

• Start with the customer's job. Workflows only matter when they solve a problem customers already have. You will run research that maps real jobs, such as proposals, simple contracts, quotes, and renewals, to specific workflows. You will push back when a feature is easier to describe than to solve a problem.
