Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Platform

Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Platform based in the United States. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement for two core AI platform areas spanning agent orchestration and AI-powered customer resolution. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where you’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and technical teams to translate sophisticated AI capabilities into compelling market narratives. You’ll operate in an environment where products evolve rapidly and buyers expect meaningful technical depth rather than generic AI messaging. Your work will help technical and business audiences understand the value of AI agents, evaluation, steering, and measurement. You’ll lead major go-to-market initiatives end to end while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role is well suited to a builder who thrives in fast-moving AI environments, communicates complex concepts clearly, and brings strong independent judgment.
