Senior Product Manager, Trust & Safety, Integrity and Fraud

ABOUT THE TEAM Our Trust & Safety, Integrity and Fraud Product team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and trusted experience for all customers across our platform, including Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. We tackle complex challenges, from preventing fraud, abuse and Account Takeover to ensuring authenticity, to building regulatory compliance capabilities, all while balancing risk mitigation and providing a seamless user experience. Our team partners closely with cross-functional groups, including Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Risk Operations, to drive strategic initiatives that protect our business while fostering growth. ABOUT THE ROLE Trust is foundational to an on-demand marketplace. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are converging European capabilities into one platform and one global product capability to prevent fraud and abuse. The marketplace is expanding rapidly beyond just restaurants as we become “your door to more."
