Senior Product Manager, SMB Platform

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fintech product team building a financial platform for small businesses. You will own key customer experiences across onboarding, business workflows, integrations, and AI, helping customers manage financial tasks more easily and reach value faster. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features that make financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive. - Improve the customer journey from signup through activation and ongoing engagement. - Build and enhance tools for invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and everyday financial operations. - Set strategy for integrations and APIs across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software. - Apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to customer problems while balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk. - Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention, using metrics to guide decisions and scale successful improvements. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to launch products.
