Senior Product Manager, Payments

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments based in United States. This is an opportunity to lead a defined area within a high-scale payments product environment, where reliability, trust, and execution are critical. You will own product direction and delivery while working closely with engineering, design, support, partnerships, and product leadership. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, from refining issues and triaging incidents to shaping user flows and creating product briefs. You will help improve experiences across onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, reporting, and overall reliability. Working with major payments partners, you will manage integrations, dependencies, and complex operational challenges. Your decisions will directly influence merchant revenue, shopper conversion, customer trust, and the quality of the overall commerce experience.
