Senior Product Manager - Marketplace

YOUR MISSION With the power of AI, we're set to revolutionize the way general contractors and subcontractors find and match with each other on our marketplace. As our Senior Product Manager Marketplace, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - You own the marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors on our platform. - You ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand, and build mechanisms that keep liquidity strong on both sides. - You own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms that bring Subcontractors and projects together in a way that increases relevance and bid rate. - You analyze marketplace metrics and translate them into hypotheses and priorities. - You identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations and implement them together with our designers and engineers.
