Underneath every contact, deal, ticket, and activity is a shared data model that defines how records are created, related, and organized across the platform. The Data Platform organization owns that foundation — and how it evolves will determine whether HubSpot's data layer can power the next generation of AI and agentic experiences.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager I to own one of the most essential surfaces in that foundation: how records are created whether by humans or by AI and how they relate to one another. These relationships are the foundation of the agentic data platform and the future of the CRM. This role covers the full surface of associations — relationship definitions, activity-to-record behavior, association labels and limits, and the record creator used across all object and activity creation in HubSpot.
