Senior Product Manager, Engagement & Promotions

Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Engagement & Promotions based in United States. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building the systems that drive member engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will own the strategy and execution of promotions, personalization, and engagement experiences across a high-volume consumer financial platform. A key priority will be launching and scaling machine-learning-driven promotions that deliver the right offer to the right member at the right time. You will also develop durable engagement experiences that help members make better financial decisions and find ongoing value in the product. Working closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Operations, you will turn complex insights into practical product decisions. The role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and ownership in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
