Senior Product Manager, Catalyst

Mitratech Catalyst is an AI-native product incubator. We take ambiguous, high-value problems from across our Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR business units, turn them into sellable products in 12 weeks, then hand them back to the business to operate and grow. We work in small pods of product managers and engineers supercharged by direct, frequent input from domain experts and customers to define the problem, iterate on a solution, launch a product the business can support. Then, we're on to the next one.

We are redefining how software gets built at Mitratech. Nobody has the finished playbook, including us. We run experiments, learn fast, keep what works, and write down what we learned so the next cycle starts stronger.
