Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead an AI-powered product line that transforms everyday client and case conversations into actionable work. You’ll own the product lifecycle across call capture, transcription, summarization, conversational insights, and AI voice agents. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across discovery, roadmap development, delivery, and commercialization. You’ll shape how AI-generated insights integrate into existing workflows, including case records, intake, follow-up tasks, and CRM activity. You’ll also define the guardrails, evaluation standards, and agentic workflows needed to deploy reliable AI experiences. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, clients, and go-to-market teams, you’ll have significant influence over the evolution and adoption of the product.
