Senior Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior product leadership role at a seed/early-stage fintech startup building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, working closely with a remote-first engineering team to shape how the platform evolves and solves real customer problems. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Structure and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy and real-world constraints into clear execution plans. - Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features the team can ship with confidence. - Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams. - Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when. - Craft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.
